SUBTITLING PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS

BTI Studios is one of the world’s largest and most renowned localisation and access companies in the media industry, operating in the market since 1995. We provide localisation, access services and media solutions in any language for the world’s largest broadcasters, film studios and VOD platforms as well as smaller independent producers. The company continues to expand and is currently offering exciting opportunities in the world of media at our office in Warsaw.
The Role
We are looking for production assistants to help with the day-to-day distribution and delivery of multilingual subtitling projects, notably checking and editing files. You will provide invaluable support in ensuring our clients receive a quality product, in good time. Training in various technical aspects of subtitling will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of film, television and video material. Computer literacy is a must, as is a good eye for detail.
You will be working in a dynamic, international business; good communication skills and a high level of competence in English are essential. Knowledge of other European languages would also be advantageous, especially Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish, but this is not a requirement. Above all we are looking for someone flexible, organised and efficient who works well under pressure and has an analytical mindset. The ideal candidates will be quick to learn and assimilate new tasks and processes.
This role offers a first step into the world of subtitling and localisation and an opportunity to learn first-hand about the media industry.
